* Integrate blockchain and distributed ledger technologies into our backend systems
* Evaluate, test, and deploy blockchain logic on networks such as Cosmos, Liquid, and other Layer 1s
* Build tools for interacting with on-chain infrastructure (transaction monitoring, wallet integrations, etc.)
* Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver robust blockchain-based solutions for financial institutions
* Stay up to date on developments in blockchain infrastructure, standards, and regulatory frameworks
* Promote best practices in blockchain security and operational resilience
* 3+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 1+ years working with blockchain or distributed ledger technologies
* Familiarising with a queue-based architecture
* Experience developing and deploying smart contract logic or similar on Layer 1 networks
* Familiarity with token standards and asset representation on-chain
* Understanding of cryptographic primitives (e.g. signatures, hashes, multisig) and transaction flows
* Knowledge of blockchain tools, APIs, and development environments (e.g. Cosmos SDK, Elements for Liquid, etc.)
Nice to Haves
* Exposure to finance or fintech environments, particularly involving digital assets or tokenization
* Hands‑on experience with Cosmos SDK, Liquid Network, or other modular blockchain frameworks
* Understanding of consensus mechanisms and interoperability protocols
* Familiarity with regulated tokenization platforms or compliance‑first blockchain use cases
* Experience working with custodial and non‑custodial wallet systems
* Strong communication skills for writing documentation and technical specs
* Generous stock options, with equity plans that let you share in the company’s growth
* Private health insurance – we offer a premium private health insurance scheme (UK/IRE only)

* A state of the art central office in Belfast or Dundalk
* An annual learning and personal development budget for training, exams, certifications, qualifications or anything else which helps you progress at work and your career
* The opportunity to work in a high‑growth startup where your contribution matters and shapes an industry
* Exposure to collaborative working and direct knowledge sharing from experts across financial services, blockchain and fintech
