Overview
SKY AGRO LTD is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of marketing activities across our UK business. The role will focus on strengthening brand positioning, generating qualified commercial leads, and supporting growth across our key product divisions: SKY MALT, SKY LABS, and SKY TECH.
SKY AGRO supplies breweries and beverage producers with a full range of production and processing equipment, malt, ingredients and chemicals. As the company continues to expand its presence in the UK and international markets, we are looking for a commercially focused marketing professional who can build structured, effective, and measurable marketing activity around that growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement marketing plans for SKY MALT, SKY LABS, and SKY TECH in the UK market.
* Generate qualified leads through digital campaigns, email marketing, social media, paid advertising, website activity, events, trade shows, seminars, and targeted outreach.
* Manage the company’s digital presence, including social media, website content, email campaigns, product updates, and lead capture channels.
* Create clear, professional, and technically accurate marketing content for product launches, campaigns, newsletters, brochures, presentations, and customer communications.
* Work with the sales team to identify target customers, develop campaign priorities, and ensure effective follow-up on marketing-generated leads.
* Plan and coordinate participation in trade shows, exhibitions, seminars, and customer events, including preparation, promotion, execution, and post-event follow-up.
* Coordinate with designers, web developers, printers, event organisers, media partners, and other external suppliers.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will be a commercially minded marketing professional with experience in B2B marketing. They should be able to translate technical products into clear commercial messages and manage campaigns from planning through to execution.
Required Experience and Skills
* Proven experience in B2B marketing, ideally within brewing, beverage, ingredients, chemicals, equipment, or another technical sector.
* Experience managing social media, email marketing, website content, and digital advertising campaigns.
* Strong copywriting and communication skills, with the ability to present technical products in a clear and professional way.
* Ability to manage multiple product categories and campaigns at the same time.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Commercial awareness and the ability to align marketing activity with business objectives.
* Experience working with sales teams, technical teams, and external marketing suppliers.
* Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
* Experience in the brewing, beverage, or brewery supply sector.
* Experience managing trade show participation and industry events.
* Familiarity with CRM systems, marketing automation, SEO, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and campaign analytics.
* Experience producing brochures, product presentations, technical marketing material, and customer-facing sales collateral.
* Understanding of the UK brewing and beverage production market.
