Overview
We are recruiting for an Operations Manager to take ownership of a modern, well-invested site in Nuneaton. This Operations Manager role leads a small, established operation with circa 20 frontline colleagues and a lean support team, so it’s a highly visible leadership position where you set standards, drive performance and build a great culture.
This role is under NDA (Non‑Disclosure Agreement) due to the confidential nature of the search. Full details will be shared once an NDA is in place.

Ideal Candidate (MAXIMUM OF 5)
* Proven people leadership in a fast-paced environment (logistics, distribution, warehousing, FMCG, retail ops or similar)
* A hands-on leader who engages teams, raises standards and creates a positive, high-performance culture
* Comfortable owning day-to-day operational delivery with a lean on-site structure (you’re the visible lead)
* Calm, organised and performance-driven (bonus-led environment)
* Open-minded and adaptable - strong leadership behaviours matter most
Operations Manager Key Responsibilities
* Lead, coach and develop the on-site team, driving engagement, accountability and performance
* Own daily standards and operational rhythm, the Operations Manager sets the tone
* Drive service delivery and productivity through strong communication and visible leadership
* Build a consistent, positive culture where colleagues feel supported, motivated and aligned
* Embed robust onboarding/induction plans to set new starters up for success
