What This Role Involves | What You Get to Do As the Team Leader – Family Law Programs, you will lead a team delivering high-quality, client-centred services across our Family Counselling, Parenting Education and Men’s Behaviour Change programs. Reporting to the Program Manager, you will play a key role in driving service excellence, supporting staff, and ensuring programs meet their objectives across the New England and North West region. You will balance leadership, service delivery, and stakeholder engagement while maintaining a small client caseload. Description Key Responsibilities Lead, supervise, and support a team to deliver high-quality, client-centred services Provide regular supervision, coaching, and performance management Monitor program delivery, performance, and outcomes against funding requirements and KPIs Maintain a small client caseload in line with program expectations Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and community partners Ensure compliance with legislation, funding requirements, and organisational policies Oversee accurate case documentation, reporting, and data collection Identify, manage, and escalate risks and incidents appropriately Contribute to continuous improvement, program evaluation, and quality initiatives What We Offer We are committed to our organisation’s growth and our team members’ well-being.
