What you will do as the Production Manager
You will take full ownership of production and final test. Your primary focus will be to lead, motivate, and develop a close-knit team of skilled technicians and apprentices. This hands-on role involves managing the day-to-day workflow, prioritising jobs, and ensuring high-complexity products are built to an exceptional standard.
Required experience and skills
* Experience in an electronics assembly environment.
* Excellent leadership skills including creating training plans, managing return to work interviews and appraisals.
* The willingness and ability to be hands on if necessary.
