We're looking for a talented and ambitious Chef de Partie to join our passionate, close-knit team at our Maidenhead HQ. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves variety, and wants to be part of something special. Experience in pastry would be a real advantage and will be highly valued in this role.
What we're looking for
* A genuine passion for hospitality and exceptional food
* Proven experience as a Chef de Partie (event catering experience is a bonus)
* A collaborative team player with strong communication and organisational skills
* High standards of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness
Key responsibilities
* Work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to deliver exceptional food across all menus
* Take ownership of food preparation, production, and service – from tasting menus to large-scale events
* Support and mentor junior team members, helping to develop their skills
* Maintain consistency, efficiency, and creativity in every dish
* Uphold high standards in food quality, stock control, equipment care, and kitchen organisation
* Step up confidently when needed to support senior kitchen roles
