Robert Half have partnered with a global consultancy firm to recruit for a highly experienced VMware Architect to support a large-scale VMware Cloud 9 deployment for a global financial services client.
This role will focus on VCF enablement, architecture design, build, and adoption, ensuring the platform is production-ready and aligned with enterprise standards.
Lead VCF architecture design and implementation for VMware Cloud 9
Design and build core VCF components (compute, storage, networking, lifecycle)
Deep expertise in VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) architecture
Strong understanding of VMware full stack (vSphere, NSX, vSAN, SDDC Manager)
Ability to work independently in a part-time, advisory capacity
Financial services or highly regulated industry experience
Competitive day rate
~ Hybrid working - 3 days based in London
~6 month initial contract
