Your new role
As Manufacturing Systems Leader, you will report to the Production Control Manager and lead a team of 2 dedicated to ensuring datapliance and system integrity. You will develop and implement production schedules aligned with sales forecasts, manage inventory and spares orders, and enforce a data-driven culture across the department. Your responsibilities will include standardising work processes, training team members, and maintaining strongmunication with internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional results. This role offers variety, responsibility, and the opportunity to make a real impact on operational efficiency.
What you'll need to succeed
To excel in this position, you will bring a minimum of three years’ experience working with MRP systems, along with strong knowledge of bills of materials and root cause analysis of system errors. You will demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, with prior experience using Oracle systems and an understanding of lean principles considered desirable. The ability to work under pressure,bined with strong self-management,mercial acumen, and interpersonal skills, will be essential to your success.
