How will you make an impact?
1. Weekly monitoring of paid media metrics such as clicks, traffic, enquiries, and sales, using commercial data, Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta Business Manager among other tools.
2. Implement ongoing optimisations and tests across paid / biddable accounts within the media platforms to drive pre-owned watch sales.
3. Set up split tests, to optimise ad copy, CTAs, landing pages, bid strategies and more.
4. Support the team with analysis of marketing initiatives and present results to the Customer Acquisition team.
5. Understand and pull analysis on local market nuances across the UK, US, France, and Switzerland to support optimisations and reporting.
6. Keep abreast of industry updates, competitor activity and opportunities.
How will you experience success with us?
7. A proactive self-starter keen to learn, develop and forge a successful career in digital marketing,
8. Degree educated either specialising in marketing or business-related degrees.
9. Ability to write fluently, and research efficiently / Strong copywriting and research skills.
10. Willingness to learn from and support the wider marketing team.
11. Ability to use their initiative, being curious to continually learn.

1st Stage – After your application has been selected, our Talent team will reach out to you within two weeks to conduct an introductory call.
2nd Stage – Video / in-person interview with the PPC Manager
3rd Stage – Final interview with the Head of Customer Acquisition. This will include a task sent ahead of the interview to present back.
