ITB Ltd is seeking an Account Manager to join our team in Long Hanborough, England. This hybrid role involves managing a portfolio of existing clients and proactively seeking new business opportunities. The successful candidate will represent ITB’s solutions, working closely with customers and internal teams to provide outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage and grow a portfolio of existing customer accounts.
2. Proactively generate new business through outbound activities and networking.
3. Sell the full range of ITB solutions, including cyber security and Managed Services.
4. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
5. Visit clients and prospects to strengthen partnerships.
6. Collaborate with marketing and procurement departments to support sales campaigns.
7. Represent ITB at industry events as needed.
8. Provide accurate weekly and monthly sales forecasts and reports.
9. Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries.
10. Develop strong partnerships within the ITB supply chain.
About You
1. Self-motivated with a passion for sales and business development.
2. Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
3. Proven B2B sales experience, with at least 2 years in the IT or tech sector.
4. Target-driven, proactive, and able to work independently.
5. Friendly, professional team player with a strong interest in technology and innovation.
