Role overview
As a Regional Estates Manager within our Property team, you will support:
* Day-to-day management of the property portfolio
* Implementation of the strategic property plan to meet occupational and cost-saving goals, reporting to the Property Director
This role covers our stores across High Streets, Shopping Centres, Designer Outlets, and Airports, including brands like Vision Express, David Clulow, Sunglass Hut, Ray-Ban, and Oakley.
This is a hybrid role based at our Ruddington or Kensington offices, requiring presence three days a week or as needed.

Who is the perfect candidate?
* Degree in Estate Management and RICS membership
* 0-4 years PQE in retail or private practice, with a focus on High Street, Shopping Centres, or Retail environments
* Ambitious, motivated, and career-driven
* Commercially aware with confidence to challenge the status quo
* Experience in daily real estate management
* Experience with acquisitions, relocations, rent reviews, and lease renewals, with strong negotiation skills
* Confidence in managing landlord consents
* Excellent communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
* Strong systems skills for maintaining databases and logs
