Job Description Anticipated Contract End Date/Length: September 30, 2026 Work Set Up: Hybrid (BPSS clearance required) Our client in the Information Technology and Services industry is looking for a Solution Architect to define and maintain enterprise and solution architectures for insurance systems, ensuring alignment with business goals and transformation initiatives. What you will do: Define and maintain enterprise and solution architectures for insurance systems (policy, billing, claims, underwriting) in line with business objectives. Create “as-is” and “to-be” architectures and roadmaps, ensuring alignment with the enterprise strategic vision. Govern architectural standards, principles, and policies by setting up and chairing architecture review boards. Collaborate with business stakeholders and technology teams to synchronize technology roadmaps with insurance product offerings and compliance standards. Architect API-first and microservices-based integration solutions, connecting policy, billing, and claims platforms (e.g., Guidewire) with internal and external systems. Oversee implementation of Guidewire Edge APIs, GX Models, Messaging Framework, and Integration Gateway. Lead data migration and legacy modernization efforts, ensuring seamless transformation to modern insurance platforms.
