The Opportunity
A private equity-backed manufacturing organisation is seeking a commercially focused Chief Commercial Officer to lead its global growth strategy. This executive will be responsible for driving revenue, expanding market share, and strengthening client relationships across Europe and beyond. The role is central to delivering value creation in line with investor expectations and scaling the business internationally.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute a global commercial strategy across all operating regions
* Drive top-line growth through new client acquisition, upselling, and strategic partnerships
* Lead business development targeting clients across pharma, wellness, food, and industrial sectors
* Oversee international sales and marketing teams, implementing performance metrics and CRM systems
* Ensure brand consistency and market positioning across diverse geographies
* Identify new market opportunities, including geographic expansion and service diversification
* Collaborate with R&D and operations to tailor offerings to client needs and regulatory environments
* Act as a key liaison with private equity sponsors and board members, contributing to investor reporting and strategic planning
Candidate Profile
* Proven experience as a CCO or senior commercial leader in contract manufacturing, pharma, food, or industrial sectors
* Strong understanding of B2B manufacturing and regulatory frameworks
* Experience in private equity-backed environments, ideally with international scaling exposure
* Commercial leadership across Europe, North America, and Asia
* Fluent in English; additional languages are also advantageous
* Strategic thinker with hands-on leadership style and operational execution capability
