Role Description These are full-time hybrid roles for an Occupational Therapist located in Solihull. The Occupational Therapist will be responsible for assessing and providing reablement and therapy to individuals with physical, mental health or developmental conditions or disabilities, focusing on reablement and daily living activities. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with social care and health professionals, creating personalised therapy plans, monitoring patient progress, and working closely with families and caregivers. The role involves a multidisciplinary approach to enhance patient quality of life and independence. Qualifications Experience in Social Care and or rehabilitation is advantageous Strong communication and inter personal skills Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Degree in Occupational Therapy (WFOT recognised) Registered with HCPC (or registering is imminent)
