Calibration EngineerContract Type: Full-TimeLocation: Hampshire, United Kingdom£30-40k + Benefits
To undertake calibration and repair / service tasks. The main focus of the role will be completing customer calibrations within the laboratory.
Your Tasks: Carry out the calibration of pressure, charge & force devices Undertake fault diagnosis and repair of measuring systems and instruments Fabricate and repair cables and assemblies Provide technical support to customers Provide quotations for installation, commissioning, calibration & repair / service tasks Receive and dispatch returns and repairs
Your Skills: Experience and understanding of measurement principles, technologies and applications A proven track record in hands-on, customer facing roles Qualified to a minimum of HNC, City & Guilds or other relevant qualification At least 3 years experience in a relevant field Evidence of training in Quality Procedures
Desirable Previous experience as a calibration technician / engineer Previous experience with ISO:17025 & UKAS
