Job Type: Temporary Freelance, April – November 2026. Based in own office, visits to Coventry required.
Engage wishes to commission a Conference Programmer to develop the concept for the EngageGathering2026and toco-design andprogramme thissignificantannual eventwhich will take place in Coventry.
The Programmer will work closely with the Engage Director,Engagestaff and members intheMidlandsto shape the conference concept, refine its thematic focus andidentifycontributors. By late June 2026, the Programmer will have agreed the overall structure of the programme and confirmedthemajority ofspeakers and facilitators.Engage staff will collaborate with the Programmer on all practical aspects of delivery, including liaison with contributors and the coordination of venues, catering,transportand otherlogistics.
