Planning Partner – National Firm (flexible on location and working arrangements)
We have recently been instructed on a new partner-level planning role within our national firm client.
Most likely this will suit those with a broad range of planning expertise from across TCPA, s.106, CPOs, highways and commercial development. But there is some larger scale, long-term infrastructure and energy work and the firm is on some excellent panels (Water, Transport, Energy and Housing amongst others – private and public sector).
Working alongside a significant real estate team with a busy development client base you can be assured a consistent flow of internally referred work. As such, at more junior levels of partnership, this team are going to place a much great emphasis on your technical skill and cultural fit than business and following – but the firm will need to know you have an entrepreneurial approach to marketing and business-building, however nascent. More senior lawyers should expect to bring some strong relationships with them.
This is a role that could suit someone at any stage of their partnership career and wanting to be in a firm where the built environment, energy and infrastructure are front and centre, rather than an afterthought.
