We are in search of a highly skilled Business Analyst with a focus on Data Governance and Data Quality to become part of our Data Governance Team. This role emphasizes expertise in the BCBS 239 project, requiring a solid understanding of BCBS 239 regulations and a successful background in Finance, Risk, or Audit.
Key Responsibilities:
The Business Analyst will be instrumental in supporting the Data Governance Team's initiatives for BCBS 239 compliance. Key responsibilities include:
* Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure compliance with BCBS 239 standards.
* Analyzing data governance frameworks to align with regulatory requirements.
* Facilitating communication between finance, risk, and audit departments.
* Documenting and maintaining data quality standards.
* Identifying gaps in data governance practices and proposing solutions.
Key Requirements:
* Extensive experience in Data Governance and Data Quality.
* Strong understanding of BCBS 239 regulations.
* Background in working with Finance, Risk, or Audit.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
* Experience with data management frameworks.
Nice to Have:
* Experience in implementing data governance practices.
* Knowledge of industry best practices in data management.
* Familiarity with regulatory compliance frameworks.
Other Details:
This position allows for hybrid working, requiring attendance in London 2-3 days a week. It offers competitive rates inside IR35 and is part of a progressive consulting environment focused on delivering high-quality results for the financial services industry.
