Lead Our National Business Development strategy for the Commercial business in the UK. We're seeking an exceptional leader to drive our national business development strategy, combining commercial excellence with environmental purpose. Strategic Leadership - Inspire and empower a high-performing team of 28 professionals (7 direct reports, 21 indirect) across our national operations, creating a culture of excellence and innovation

What we're looking for:
Essential
Proven track record of leading teams to consistently deliver and exceed corporate targets
Expert-level business acumen, financial management, and relationship-building skills
Experience leading large, complex sales teams, preferably in the waste industry
Strategic thinker who thrives on transformation and change
Natural coach who understands the power of developing high-performance teams
Ability to influence at senior leadership level across matrixed environments
Desirable
Subject relevant degree.
Knowledge of Waste Industry
