Role Overview

We are looking for accomplished
Tutors and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)
to contribute their expertise in
Social Sciences, Humanities, and STEM disciplines
. In this role, you will design, evaluate, and review advanced academic tasks that test
critical thinking, reasoning, and subject mastery
. Your input will directly help improve
AI models
by ensuring they can handle complex, graduate-level questions across disciplines.

What You'll Do

* Create structured, graduate-level tasks, prompts, and problem sets in your area of expertise.
* Contribute to fields including Social Sciences, Humanities (history, literature, philosophy, etc.), and STEM (math, physics, biology, engineering, computer science, etc.).
* Quality assurance: Assess AI-generated outputs for accuracy, depth, and rigor.
* Pinpoint where models fail to reason correctly and provide expert corrections.
* Maintain clear, organized records of tasks, solutions, and evaluations.

Requirements

* Advanced degree (Master's, PhD, or Postdoctoral experience) in your field of expertise.
* Strong subject knowledge in one or more disciplines within Social Sciences, Humanities, or STEM.
* Excellent academic writing and analytical skills.
* Ability to design structured, verifiable assessment questions.
