This isn't your average play job We are looking for a team player with a big smile and a flexible spirit who's happy to wear many hats. You'll:
* Assist in running our play sessions, bringing energy, fun, and encouragement to every little explorer.
* Help create playful resources and content for our social media to show off the adventures we're having.
* Lend a hand with admin tasks (nothing scary — just the bits that keep us organised and growing).
* Take on more responsibility as the business grows, eventually leading sessions with confidence.
What We're Looking For
You don't need to have years of experience, training will be given. What matters most is that you are:
* Friendly, approachable, and great with children (and their grown-ups).
* Flexible and happy to jump between roles as the day requires.
* Creative, playful, and excited to share ideas.
* Comfortable using social media (or keen to learn).
* Not afraid of mud, bugs, or messy play
