As a skills coach you will provide a varied programme of delivery in line with the required qualification standards and offer an integrated programme of teaching, training, support, mentoring and development of learners. Knowledge and experience of delivering level 2-5 Health & Social Care is essential. Coach learners within their workplace with the support of their line manager/mentor to ensure the timely achievement of their Apprenticeship. This role will require travel for direct observations and would be ideally suited to a person situated in the East of England; however, all applicants will be considered. Key Responsibilities: Engagement with employers and learners to deliver high-quality teaching and learning. Meet KPIs set for starts, progression, timely achievement, leavers, customer satisfaction, compliance and financial target. Delivery of qualifications across a range of programme levels, where occupationally competent. Maintain a caseload of learners delivering sector-specific programmes, including developing Maths, English and ICT alongside personal development, behaviors and attitudes. Be proficient in the use of electronic portfolio systems to record learner interventions, reviews, upload work, and all required off-the-job training, maintaining learner information, ensuring quality and integrity of data, which is accurately recorded and submitted efficiently. to regulatory requirements.
