About the Role We’re looking for Channel Operation Analyst to join our high-performing sales operations team. This entry-level role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional who’s eager to learn, develop analytical skills, and gain hands-on experience supporting commercial success. You’ll work alongside experienced professionals and cross-functional partners, helping to keep sales activities running smoothly — from opportunity identification to contract execution. Along the way, you’ll build a strong foundation in sales operations, data analysis, and business processes, while contributing insights that drive growth and customer satisfaction. What You’ll Be Doing Support sales operations initiatives that enable business growth and customer success. Assist with contract proposals, tender submissions, and budgeting processes. Coordinate sales activities and timelines, ensuring deadlines are met. Collaborate with sales, finance, and other internal teams. Analyze data and prepare insights to support decision-making. Help identify opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency. Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion. Who We’re Looking For: You don’t need years of experience — we’re looking for curiosity, capability, and drive. Preferred qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Strong academic performance with analytical and quantitative strengths. Internship experience or relevant coursework is a plus, but not required.
