About the Role
Are you passionate about vocational education and lifelong learning? Join our dedicated team at Hyfforddiant Ceredigion Training as a Training Advisor- Multi-skilled, where you’ll design and deliver high quality training programmes across a range of vocational areas including Carpentry, Electrical, Plumbing and Motor Vehicle.
You’ll play a key role in shaping the future of learners through Schools, Traineeships, and Apprenticeships, ensuring inclusive, engaging and industry-relevant learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities
1. Plan, develop, and deliver vocational training programmes
2. Assess learner progress and provide constructive feedback
3. Prepare and update course materials and resources
4. Support learners through induction, guidance, and enrichment activities
5. Liaise with employers, schools, and external agencies
6. Promote safeguarding and uphold health & safety standards
7. Participate in marketing, open days, and learner recruitment
8. Maintain accurate records and comply with quality assurance processes
