Job Title: PMLD SEN Teacher

Location: High Wycombe

Contract Type: Full-Time

Are you a dedicated and compassionate educator passionate about transforming the lives of young people with profound and multiple learning difficulties (PMLD)? Supply Desk is partnering with a warm, inclusive school in High Wycombe seeking a motivated PMLD SEN Teacher to join their team on a temp-to-perm basis.

About the Role:

As the PMLD SEN Teacher, you will design and deliver personalised, engaging lessons tailored to the unique needs of each pupil. You’ll work within a close-knit, multidisciplinary team including teaching assistants, therapists, and families, fostering a supportive and enriching learning environment where every child can thrive.

* Plan and deliver creative, accessible lessons for pupils with profound and multiple learning difficulties and complex needs
* Promote a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom culture that supports all learners
* Monitor, assess, and report on student progress, adapting strategies to meet evolving needs
* Collaborate closely with parents, carers, and professionals to ensure holistic support for each child
* Champion best practices and contribute to ongoing professional development within the team

The ideal candidate will:

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Experience teaching pupils with PMLD, complex needs, or related SEN backgrounds
* A patient, empathetic, and flexible approach with excellent communication skills
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
* Passion for making a genuine difference in the lives of children with profound additional needs
