Renewals Consultant
£40k basic salary range (OTE in range of £36k to £46k)
Due to rapid growth, they are looking for numerous Renewals Consultants to add to their dynamic and vibrant sales floor.

Given the ambitious yet realistic expansion plans, longer-term progression opportunities may also be available to the right candidates. Your education to become Cert CII qualified will be fully expensed, and bonuses are paid on completion. Additionally, a bonus of £1,000 will be paid upon completion of your certification.
General duties:
* Speaking with existing customers about their policies that are coming up for renewal to build rapport with the view to renew their policy for the coming year
* Dealing with objections/issues/counter quotes from other insurance providers/brokers where necessary
* Taking details required for the policies, ensuring accuracy, and managing the relevant paperwork
* Scoping out opportunities for other potential insurance policies to quote or referrals to pass to the sales team
Essential personal skills:
* Proven track record in customer service, sales, or account management
* Driven and hungry approach toward sales
* Attention to detail
* Enthusiastic persona with a desire to succeed
