Legal Team Administrator – Cambridge£30,000 - £32,000The successful candidate must have proven experience within a similar Team Admin/Office Support role within Legal or Professional Services.An exciting opportunity for an organised Legal Team Administrator to join a global Law firm in their Cambridge office. You will provide administrative support to the Legal Team and their clients. This role offers fantastic progression long-term. The Role:
* Provide support for completion of deals within set deadlines
* Liaising with clients and dealing with enquiries via phone and email
* Admin tasks including filing, photocopying, printing and scanning
* Coordinating meetings on behalf of clients and stakeholders
* Scanning and uploading documents on the system
* Monitoring and updating the workflow software
* Build and maintain effective relationships
Essential requirements:
1. Minimum of 1 years’ experience within a Team Administrator/Office Support role, ideally within Legal
2. Knowledge of Microsoft Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel packages
3. Self-motivated, disciplined individual with a positive can do attitude
4. A calm, clear thinker with keen attention to detail; a multi-tasker who enjoys a fast-paced working Environment
