Your Role
As a Quantity Surveyor in our Major Projects team, you will take full ownership of your projects or packages. You’ll lead with commercial excellence, ensuring compliance and the highest industry standards.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Lead Commercial Strategies: Own subcontract packages and collaborate with the Commercial Lead to implement effective tender strategies.
* Manage Project Cashflow: Maximize cashflow through efficient subcontract management.
* Support Project Procurement: Drive procurement strategies focusing on tender inquiries, package reconciliations, and subcontract orders.
* Contract Reporting: Oversee all aspects of pre and post-contract strategies and reporting, working closely with customers and industry specialists.
