We are now looking for a Traffic Manager (12-month FTC) to support the Senior Traffic Manager in the day-to-day operations of the commercial features desk and art department, ensuring Guardian Labs projects stay on track and meet key milestones.
About the role
* Act as a key support for the Senior Traffic Manager.
* Oversee programme scheduling for print and digital projects ensuring the smooth progression of work through the commercial features desk and art department.
* Coordinate resource and capacity planning for pitches and booked jobs, collaborating with project management and studio leads.
* Oversee new supplier contract processes and manage commission payments.
* Maintain production standards and manage updates to templates and file structures.
* Manage production and supply of branded content and ad formats across all platforms.
* Ensure print activity is booked and liaise with internal teams (PDS, Ad Services) to meet specs and deadlines.
* Support web production and campaign launches in coordination with relevant teams.
* Prioritise workload in line with the department’s strategic goals, ensuring seamless delivery across channels.
About you
* Ability to manage multiple workflows, schedules, and resources to tight deadlines
* Proactive self-starter who is highly organisational and process management skills
* Excellent communicator and team player, with interpersonal and collaboration skills
* Detail-oriented with experience in workflow and project delivery across digital and print
* Skilled in interpreting campaign briefs and coordinating internal and external teams to deliver
* Understanding of financial admin, supplier management, and risk mitigation
* Comfortable working with data, project tools, supporting resource planning and analysis
* Curious about web technologies and print production processes
* Flexible, adaptable, and solutions-focused in fast-paced environments
We operate in a hybrid environment working 3 days a week from our offices in Kings Cross and 2 days a week remotely.
