MPA recruitment welcome suitable applications for the role of Healthcare Recruitment Administrator based in our Belfast branch. The successful candidate will work within a well-established healthcare recruitment team delivering the highest standards in customer care to both our clients and candidates by supporting the onboarding of temporary agency workers. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring all pre-employment checks are completed while maintaining full compliance with regulatory requirements and MPA standards. You will be the first point of contact for candidates, providing a professional, supportive, and responsive service via email, phone, letter, and in person. Working closely with the recruitment team, you will help ensure that every candidates onboarding journey is smooth, efficient, and fully compliant. Duties Send application forms to prospective candidates, screen forms for accuracy and completeness, and liaise with candidates where necessary. Coordinate interview schedules, ensuring candidates are fully briefed on required documentation. Conduct ID checks, Right to Work checks, apply for and verify references and confirm and monitor professional registrations in line with MPA policies and procedures Organise and manage candidate training sessions, proactively booking candidates, following up on non-attendance, escalating as appropriate, and providing clear reporting to the Recruitment Manager. Maintain and update candidate records within the internal compliance system, ensuring data integrity at all times, including ongoing compliance and renewals. Support the recruitment team with ongoing candidate management. Process weekly timesheets for temporary agency worker payroll. Monitor and follow up with agency workers on required employment check renewals, annual training, and professional registration renewals to ensure ongoing compliance for all workers. Maintain accurate filing and document records, including archiving as needed. Assisting with ad hoc projects, attending relevant team meetings, and maintaining data protection and confidentiality at all times. Person Specification We are looking for an exceptional administrator with a passion for working in a busy, fast-paced recruitment environment. You will be highly organised, able to prioritise a varied workload, and professional at all times. You will enjoy communicating with a diverse range of candidates, ensuring the onboarding process is efficient, friendly, and informative, while maintaining full recruitment compliance. Qualifications and Experience Educated to NVQ Level 2 or 5 GCSE's including Maths and English grade A-C 2 years experience in a similar administrative role within a fast-paced environment Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing personnel files, verifying documentation, and maintaining candidate information.
