As Chef de Partie, you'll be at the heart of our all day dining experience, creating exceptional tapas-style dishes and quality food at volume for our bustling bars and caf. Sky Pod and City Garden Bars combine stunning views with exceptional food, serving everything from casual daytime dining to group events and special occasions.
