Digital Marketing Executive (Fixed Term Contract)
Location: Hybrid – Gillingham, Kent
Salary: £35,000 pro rata
Contract: Fixed Term until January 2027
Diamond Search Recruitment are delighted to be representing our client, a well-established and market-leading organisation, in the search for an experienced Digital Marketing Executive to join their team on a fixed-term basis until the end of January 2027.
This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on marketing professional who can hit the ground running with minimal onboarding. The successful candidate will bring strong B2B digital marketing experience, excellent campaign management skills, and a proactive approach to delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and optimise digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels
* Build and maintain HubSpot campaigns and marketing automation workflows
* Oversee PPC campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms
* Support SEO and paid social activity to drive engagement and lead generation
* Monitor analytics, reporting, and ROI performance metrics
* Coordinate content and copywriting activity across campaigns
* Collaborate with content, design, and commercial teams to deliver integrated marketing initiatives
* Manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders effectively and independently
Experience Required:
* Proven experience in a B2B digital marketing role
* Strong HubSpot campaign management and automation experience
* Hands-on PPC management experience (Google Ads and Meta Ads)
* Good understanding of SEO and paid social strategies
* Experience with analytics, reporting, and campaign performance optimisation
* Strong copywriting and content coordination skills
* Ability to work independently, prioritise workload, and deliver at pace
* A proactive, self-starting mindset with excellent organisational skills
