On behalf of our client we are recruiting an Administrative Assistant
This role is Part-time based on Galgorm Road, Ballymena
About the Role
As our new Admin Support, you'll play a key role in keeping our day-to-day operations running smoothly. You will be required to work alongside our London based Management team.
Your responsibilities
* Answering calls and responding to customer enquiries
* Processing paperwork and updating records
* Scheduling deliveries and collections
* Coordinating with the warehouse and delivery teams
* General office admin including data entry, filing, and email management
* Take minutes of meetings
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role.
* Strong communication and organisational skills.
* Experienced in using Microsoft Packages (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams)
* Must work well as part of a team & ability to work independently and manage workload efficiently.
* Full clean Driving Licence
