We’re Striker, an Aussie-owned original equipment manufacturer that designs and builds mobile and modular crushing and screening gear right here in Western Australia as well as Malaysia. We work with contractors, miners, and quarry operators, and we’re known for making tough, reliable crushers and screens built with the operator in mind.
Alongside manufacturing, we also hire out our equipment, sell it, support it, and work closely with clients to deliver complete mineral processing solutions, from design through to installation. It’s a pretty unique setup compared to most of our competitors, who aren’t OEM's and typically just resell machines.
Because we design and build the gear ourselves, this role gives you a direct line to our engineering team, meaning feedback from the field gets actioned. You’re not just helping find the customer the right solution; you’re helping shape the next generation of Striker equipment.
We’re on the lookout for someone to join our team in a Technical Sales role. This role is all about creating and nurturing customer relationships, understanding their needs, helping them choose the right gear, and backing them up every step of the way. We want someone who knows crushing and screening and can genuinely add value to the customer’s operation.
Here’s what the job involves:
- Building strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Selling our range of mobile crushers and screens
- Visiting sites, talking through applications, and recommending the right setup
- Being available to support your customers and build relationships, not just for the sale, but long after
- Working closely with our team to get the job done right
What we’re looking for:
- Solid knowledge of crushing and screening equipment (this is a must)
- Someone who gets the industry and can talk the talk with operators, managers, and owners
- A genuine people person who follows through and builds trust
- Organised, self-driven, and keen to get out on the road when needed
