Part time Employment Solicitor is required for our Chelmsford-based client, on a part-time,fixedterm contract initially. However, once you have proven yourself within the company, there is the opportunity to become a permanent member of staff. This is a brand-new position for an experienced Employment Solicitor to make their mark in providing legal HR employment advice to the internal HR team. In your role as their Employment Solicitor, you will deliver expert, timely and strategic advice on employment matters, supporting and managing complex people issues, ensuring legal compliance, reducing litigation risk, and enhancing internal capability through training, policy development and continuous professional development.
