Overview
Location: In-person
Contract: Full-time or Part-time
Salary: £15.50 - £17.00 per hour
Shifts: 8am-2pm, 2pm-8pm, or 8am-9pm (includes supernumerary hours for audits)
What you'll bring
* Minimum 2 years' experience in elderly care
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to mentor and supervise staff

* Confidence in administering medication and conducting audits
* Understanding of CQC standards and care planning
Key responsibilities
* Lead and support the care team to deliver high-quality care
* Conduct supervisions, appraisals, and mentor senior carers
* Promote independence, dignity, and choice for residents
* Oversee medication administration and training updates
* Develop enriched care plans and engage residents in activities
* Ensure compliance with regulatory standards
