CRM and social media management experience is essential, ideally within the travel industry, preferably for a similar company. Salary: £45k-£55k plus great bonus and benefits.
CRM and Social Media Manager Duties
* Manage the company's email marketing programme and social media activity.
* Report directly to the Head of Marketing in a standalone role.
* Define and develop the organic social media content strategy.
* Monitor and report on KPIs.
Skills Required
* Experience in CRM and social media management within the travel industry; luxury travel experience preferred.
* Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools such as Zoho, Hootsuite, GA4, and Meta platforms.
