Package
* Salary £27,000–£30,000
* Hybrid working (3 days Newbury / 2 from home)

The Role
* Manage CRM systems and support system optimisation
* Deliver commercial reporting and performance insight
* Support sales pipeline tracking and campaign analysis
* Work cross-functionally across commercial teams
* Contribute to business planning and performance tracking

About You
* Graduate with a strong analytical mindset
* Previous experience using Salesforce is essential
* Advanced Excel and data handling capability
* Comfortable working with complex datasets
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Interest in FMCG or commercial strategy
* Previous experience with Salesforce is an advantage
