Duties
* Manage incoming calls and respond to client enquiries with professionalism and courtesy
* Schedule, confirm, and reschedule service appointments using organisational tools
* Maintain accurate records of client interactions and service details through data entry
* Utilise Microsoft Office Suite
* Assist with administrative tasks.
* Coordinate with technicians and other team members to ensure timely service delivery
* Handle client correspondence via email and phone, ensuring clear communication
* Support the team with general clerical duties to promote efficient workflow
Skills
* Proven office experience with strong organisational skills
* Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
* Excellent typing and data entry accuracy
* Strong phone etiquette with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
* Previous administrative experience is preferred but not essential; training will be provided where necessary
* Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
* Good organisational skills with attention to detail and time management abilities
