The successful candidate will be passionate about education and seeking a rewarding role supporting students aged 11-16 years in reading across the school.

THE ROLE
Support READING KS3-4 (SECONDARY STUDENTS).
The pupils have a wide range of individual needs. You will be responsible for helping these pupils become independent learners while supporting them to achieve their personal learning targets and goals. You will support both 1-1 and small groups.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with young people aged 11-16, possess strong communication skills, and be flexible to adapt to the changing needs of pupils. The role involves monitoring pupils’ progress towards their targets, working closely with them to review and set new goals, and maintaining accurate records of their progress.

Pay rates quoted will include 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This is a temporary position, with potential for permanent employment in the future.
