This position would suit someone already experienced in hospitality working in a similar role who is looking for a fresh new challenge.
A minimum of 12 months experience working as a Duty Manager within hospitality or in a similar supervisory or management role
Willingness to support and cover staff shortages at the additional site when required
Experience managing a team with strong leadership and people-management skills
A genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest service
Strong customer service skills
A full UK driving licence is essential
Reporting to the Site Manager, you will be responsible for helping to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the inn. Ensuring high standards of customer service and guest experience are consistently delivered
Handling customer complaints, refunds and negative reviews professionally
Developing and managing activity plans to maximise the value of facilities, including working towards agreed KPIs
Monitoring operational costs and stock control
Contributing to social media activity and content ideas
Supporting on-site marketing initiatives to encourage repeat visits
Leading and supporting operational teams, including conducting staff appraisals
Salary: £14 £16 per hour
xkybehq Full-time hours between 11am 11pm, including weekends on a rota basis.
