The Role The role would suit an experienced private client fee earner who is able to work on Estates, Wills, LPAs with minimal supervision and on more complex matters with supervision/collaboration. Duties may include: Draft Wills including simple and Trust Wills Prepare and register Powers of Attorney (General, Enduring and Lasting) Attend to the registration and administration of Trusts together with preparation of Deeds of Appointment and Deeds of Retirement and Appointment of Trustee Advise upon the obtaining of Grant of Probate and Letter of administrations Advise on and prepare Deeds of Variation Run own files in respect of estate work Assist senior team members with complex matters including taxable estates and Trust matters The Requirements The firm are open to applications from experienced paralegals who have experience running their own caseload, legal executives or qualified solicitors who have private client law experience.
