The Role As our Social Media Manager, youll oversee the entire digital presence, managing our Marketing Executive while working closely with the Creative Director to ensure all content and campaigns are aligned with the brands vision and identity. Youll be hands-on across content creation, influencer strategy, and campaign planning bringing energy, organisation, and innovation to every part of the brand's marketing output. Key Responsibilities Social & Creative Direction Develop and execute a forward-thinking social media strategy that drives growth and engagement across TikTok, Instagram, and emerging platforms Work closely with the Creative Director to ensure every piece of content is visually strong, on-brand, and aligned with the creative vision Ensure a cohesive feed that aligns with product drops and delivers clear storytelling across campaign, concept, and social media content Oversee all content planning, production, and posting from concept through to execution Manage, mentor, and guide the Marketing Executive, ensuring output is consistent, high-quality, and timely Constantly spotting new trends, aesthetics, and creators our customer will connect with before anyone else Campaigns & Shoots Lead on creative direction for social shoots and content days Confidently work on-set and solo to capture and produce engaging visuals Collaborate across teams to ensure campaign storytelling is cohesive across all touchpoints Support the creation of paid ad content, newsletters, and website updates
Influencer & Gifting Own the influencer strategy, identifying, building, and maintaining relationships with key creators and tastemakers Manage all gifting outreach and partnerships, ensuring alignment with brand tone and audience Stay ahead of influencer and internet culture, finding the next wave of voices before they peak Collaborations Lead on brand and influencer collaborations from concept through to execution Identify, pitch, and manage potential collaboration partners that align with Daisy Streets aesthetic and audience Bring new creative partnership ideas to the table, from influencer capsule edits to cross-brand activations Oversee all collaboration processes end to end, including outreach, creative development, approvals, and launch execution Be constantly on the lookout for fresh, culturally relevant partnership opportunities that push the brand forward
Organisation & Reporting Plan and maintain the full social and marketing calendar Deliver weekly reports and insights on performance and trends Ensure all content and campaigns are delivered with consistency, clarity, and creative impact Move fast and stay reactive no message goes unread, no opportunity missed, and no idea is too big to bring to life Work with energy, creativity, and precision to keep the brand ahead of the curve About You 3+ years of experience in social media, brand, or digital marketing within fashion or lifestyle Exceptional taste and creative eye, with a strong understanding of aspirational brand identity Naturally proactive, confident, and self-motivated, thriving in a creative, fast-paced environment Deep understanding of social media platforms, youth culture, and digital storytelling Confident in content creation, shooting, editing, and directing both on and off set Obsessed with discovering whats next in fashion, culture, and online trends Highly organised, fast-paced, detail-driven, and capable of managing multiple projects at once Location This role is Manchester-based, working from our studio full-time.
