Job Title Risk and Capability - KYC Due Diligence

Location Birmingham

We are seeking highly skilled personnel for the Risk and Capability role of KYC Due Diligence function. This role is critical in ensuring that our organization adheres to regulatory requirements and maintains the highest standards of customer due diligence through proper risk identification, assessment and mitigation. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in risk management, compliance, and KYC operations.

Your key responsibilities

7. Ensuring efficient and effective processes within the KYC Due Diligence teams.

8. Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential risks associated with customer onboarding and ongoing monitoring.

9. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a holistic approach to risk management and compliance.

10. Conduct read across on global KYC review processes, ensuring thorough and accurate customer due diligence. This includes customer identification, verification, and ongoing monitoring.

11. Identify potential risks in the KYC review process and develop strategies to mitigate these risks. Implement controls and measures to ensure the integrity and accuracy of customer data.

12. Identify opportunities to streamline the KYC review process and implement strategic solutions to increase efficiency. This includes leveraging technology and automation to enhance the speed and accuracy of KYC operations.

Your skills and experience

13. Strong experience in risk management, particularly processes related to the KYC operations and respective control activities

14. Engaging with stakeholders in the design and implementation of strategic solution

15. Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken in English language

16. Ability to work in a dynamic environment and high flexibility

17. Attention to detail, performance orientation and motivation
