We seek a registered nurse (with a valid PIN) to join our award-winning care homes in Barham and Baylham, where we provide personalized residential and nursing care, including short-term rehabilitation, convalescence, respite, and dementia care.
Our homes are situated in the scenic Suffolk countryside between Ipswich and Bury, near Stowmarket.
We desire a nurse passionate about dementia care, with strong rapport-building skills, intuition, and a deep understanding of complex care needs.
* We will cover revalidation costs and pay for online training. CPD opportunities are encouraged for career growth.

Main Duties
You will:
* Lead a team to uphold the highest standards of care
* Assess residents’ needs, create, and implement care plans
* Develop, review, and update care plans to address physical, social, and psychological needs, promoting independence and personal choice
* Maintain accurate documentation and resident records
* Oversee all aspects of medication management in accordance with policies and legislation
* Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and best practice guidelines, proactively identifying and resolving risks
* Support, guide, teach, and mentor team members following the NMC Code and its guidance
