As the Bespoke Membership Senior Experience Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of delivering exceptional service and unforgettable experiences to our ultra-high-net-worth clients. Working closely with the Bespoke Membership Manager, you'll lead the charge in executing a global calendar of events, curating world-class moments at Goodwood's headline motorsport events, and ensuring every detail is handled with precision and flair.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage inbound and outbound communications with efficiency and warmth
* Develop and implement a rolling 3-year calendar of luxury events
* Own the delivery of contracted membership rights at Member's Meeting, Festival of Speed, and Revival
* Act as concierge for UHNWI clients, arranging accommodation, transport, and exclusive access
* Track financials, produce booking forms, and manage invitations with finesse
