Music Teacher (QTS) / Music Instructor
Location: Leicester
Start Date: ASAP – May Half Term (with potential extension to the end of the academic year)
Link3 Recruitment are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Music Teacher (QTS) or Music Instructor to join a secondary school in Leicester on a temporary basis.
This role involves teaching Music across Key Stages 3 to 5 (Year 7 – Year 12), delivering engaging and high-quality lessons that inspire students of all abilities.
The Role:
* Teaching Music across KS3, KS4, and KS5
* Planning and delivering well-structured, engaging lessons
* Assessing, tracking, and supporting student progress
* Contributing positively to the wider music department and school community
* Maintaining high standards of classroom behaviour and engagement
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or significant experience as a Music Instructor
* Previous experience teaching Music in secondary schools
* Strong subject knowledge and a clear passion for Music
* Experience teaching across multiple key stages (KS3–KS5)
* Excellent classroom management and communication skills
* The ability to start immediately
