What's the opportunity?
Established in 1975, our client is changing the game in the corporate workwear industry with personal protective equipment designed to increase compliance and reduce risk.
You will be selling into support services, trade retail and warehousing.
As the company continues expanding, it is seeking an entry level Sales Development Representative.
What will your role be, how will you develop and progress?
As a Graduate Sales Account Manager, your primary responsibility will be to nurture client relationships using calls and emails and working alongside the customer success team.
Alongside an in-depth on boarding process and consistent training + support, you will also benefit from professional sales training delivered courtesy of BMS Performance.
This training & development plan is done with the aim of progressing you into either a closing role yourself, as a Business Development Manager, or into other Account Management roles within the business.
The role is hybrid, 3 days in the office and 2 days WFH, based in Gloucester.

5. £30k basic salary
6. OTE £35-37K
7. 25 days holiday + bank holidays + birthday off
