The Opportunity
We are looking for a Dynamics 365 CE Technical Consultant to join our growing consulting team. You'll play a key role in extending and customizing D365 CE and Power Platform to address complex, real-world business requirements for our clients.
This role is ideal for a technically skilled, self-managing consultant who thrives in a collaborative environment and wants to work across high-impact projects with clients in varied industries.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop custom extensions for Dynamics 365 CE across modules such as Sales, Customer Service, Marketing (Customer Journeys), and Field Service
Build and deliver C# plugins, JavaScript customizations, and PCF controls
Validate solutions and provide technical guidance across the full SDLC
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and fellow developers
Apply strong ALM practices to ensure safe, scalable delivery in enterprise environments
Manage your own backlog and tasks to deliver high-quality code aligned with project timelines
Support ongoing internal development of Power Platform skills and practices
What We're Looking For
Essential Skills & Experience:
Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform customizations
Strong proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and PCF control development
Understanding of model-driven app architecture and ALM processes
Familiarity with Power Automate and low-code/no-code plugins
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Microsoft certification in Azure, Power Platform, or Dynamics 365 (Fundamentals level or above)
Desirable:
Certification in PL-300 or other advanced Microsoft developer certifications
Experience working with Azure DevOps and Agile methodologies
Prior consultancy or Microsoft Partner experience
