As a Sales and Operations Manager at Harvey Water Softener, you will play a key role in driving sales and ensuring smooth operations across the company. You will be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives, monitoring sales performance, developing sales strategies, and providing support and guidance to achieve business objectives.
In addition to sales management, you will also oversee the operations of the company, ensuring efficient processes and procedures are in place to meet customer demands. This includes managing inventory, coordinating with suppliers, and monitoring production and delivery timelines.
We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented individual with strong leadership and communication skills. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, preferably in the water treatment or related industry. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. This is a field based position working Nationally across our dealer network.
